Refund policy

Australian Consumer Law - Refunds and returns

You also have statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

 - is unsafe

 - is significantly different from the sample or description

 - doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.

EU Right of withdrawal - Refunds and returns

Under EU consumer protection law, customers who purchase goods or services online have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This 14-day period is commonly known as the cooling-off period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and clearly tell us that you wish to cancel and return your purchase.

For change-of-mind returns under the EU right of withdrawal, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot refund items that are not received by us.

The EU right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your individual specifications or are clearly personalised.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
